According to Webster’s Dictionary, planning means to arrange a method or scheme beforehand for any work, enterprise, or proceeding.
Planning, therefore, implies thinking instead of guessing. Guessing is never an acceptable course of action when known variables and factors are available.
An entrepreneur has two basic approaches to form a business:
1) Start up from the ground up.
2) Buy an existing business.
